Our carryout location in Elmhurst sampled pizza during the first installment of the Movies in the Park event on Friday, June 16th.

Guests enjoyed the evening at Wilder Park viewing The Secret Life of Pets and ate slices of deep dish. There are two more movies scheduled to be shown this summer!

Movies in the Park is organized through a partnership between Elmhurst Park DistrictandElmhurst Public Library, and is presented by The Schiller Team,Edward-Elmhurst Health, and Suburban Bank & Trust.

On April 27th Lou Malnati’s Elmhurst headed to York High School for the 6th annual Top Pizza – Taste of Elmhurst event.

This fundraising event was sponsored by the District 205 Foundation, and proceeds will benefit Elmhurst Public School students. There were about 500 pizza-loving attendees, and at the end of the night, proceeds totaled $6,000!

Once the votes were tallied, Elmhurst’s overall favorite pizza was…LOU MALNATI’S!

There’s nothing like a first place victory on top of supporting a great cause. We’ll be back next year to defend our title!
